Platform terms
AltraSure provides connected insurance administration tools. Accounts must contain accurate information and may only access records they are authorised to use.
Insurers remain responsible for underwriting, approved policy terms, binding coverage and claims decisions. Reinsurance calculations are indicative tools and must be checked against the actual contracts. An administrative record does not itself create insurance cover.
Platform charges
Personal account access is free. Individuals pay AltraSure a fee of 1.5% of each premium payment made through the platform, in addition to the premium. Insurers pay a separate 5% premium commission, reinsurers pay 5.5%, and brokers pay a fixed USD 1,000 monthly subscription. Commercial, tax and billing arrangements must be agreed with each business.
Payment destinations
Premium payments use the selected insurer’s or reinsurer’s Paynow merchant account. AltraSure’s own merchant account receives the individual payment fee and broker subscriptions. Paynow manages settlement to each merchant’s configured account.
An individual premium and its 1.5% fee are two separately authorised payments. Completing one does not complete the other. A failure in the second checkout does not automatically reverse the first. Check the recipient, reference and amount before authorising each payment. Any additional provider charges are shown by the provider.
Test payments
This release supports Paynow TEST integrations only. Each integration must remain in TEST mode at Paynow. Test records do not reduce live premium balances or settle invoices and are not proof of a live payment. A return from checkout does not establish success; the provider result must be verified.
Keep your credentials private and report suspected unauthorised access or a payment discrepancy to info@travoldtechnologies.com, quoting your payment reference. Never send passwords or payment PINs.
