AltraSure stores account details, company applications and the insurance records you submit to provide this workspace. Authorised participants can see records connected to their account, company or insurance relationship.

Account security uses password hashes, email verification and a ten-minute inactivity timeout. Uploaded originals, workflow decisions and activity records are stored on the application database. Source text and approved answers support assistance; no external AI service receives your documents in this release.

Payment testing stores the payer, receiving organisation, amount, currency, references and provider status. AltraSure sends the transaction amount, its unique reference and callback details to Paynow through the selected merchant integration. Test requests use that merchant’s configured test email. Paynow hosts supported checkout methods; AltraSure does not ask for card details or mobile-money PINs. Authorised receiving companies can see their incoming test payments, and platform administrators can review the payment audit trail.
